Title: VPN from behind Firewall

I am suddenly having problems with VPN since upgrade to 5.6U4.  I had to apply the "VPN fix" to pre-5.6U4 to stay connected from remote site.  "VPN fix" worked fine until I applied the Upgrade 4.  Now I can only access my SME 5.6U4 box when I am on a publicly viewable IP.  Nothing behind firewalls works.  I have tried suggestions to undo the masq template, as well as installing kernel specific mppe modules.  

Does anyone have a the clue what might be my problem?  I have a friend with the same problem on SME 5.6U4.

I was unable to find anything about error 619 only when behind firewall.  Am I missing something?
