Hi All,
I'm trying to open a port on SME 5.6 to run a new app. I've installed the appropriate version of the port opening and have tried it out for both tcp and udp and each time I try to add one, I get an error message, saying, "Error occurred while updating remote access." It appears that the ports open, but it's not.
Has anyone else had this trouble? Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions?
