Title: errors after update

Could any tell me what was wrong?

Everything was OK until I update my 5.5 with all packages of upgrade 6. Now the virtual domains option of server-manager do not crate correctly virtual domains, neither erase them properlly.
Also I can't see the new virtual domains I created after the general update.
