Title: modem connection

please help i am setting up sme 5.6 running as server and gateway on a dialup connection.under windows or linux i can get it to connect but under sme i cannot, i have checked my username and password but my isp must have the gateway ip for me to connect without it my connection just drops out. so where can i add this or how do i get around it.

What do you mean by

You can set the default gateway if you login to the server (via ssh or on the console) as 'admin', but I don't think that is what you mean.
