Title: PHP Post Size
Post by: Michael Daley on June 01, 2003, 05:55:42 PM
Hi:

I've had some problems with our site lopping off huge chunks of text that get posted in phpnuke, for no apparent reason.  Our web guy will try and put up an article, which, if it's too large, will get truncated automatically by the web server.  He's getting rather frustrated.  I checked /etc/php.ini and the post-limit is set to 8M, and the memory-limit is set to 8M, too.

Any bright ideas?

Cheers,
Mike

your PhpNuke might have some size restrictions within it's own coding.  To what part of your site are you have problems with?  News, sideblocks, Content, Sections, Reviews ect.  What version of PhpNuke?  What version of SME?
