Title: What is the Linux equivalent of 'net send'?
Post by: Shaun on June 23, 2003, 06:41:13 PM
I've tried Googling and haven't come up with anything meaningful. I just want to broadcast a short message from the SME box to all windows clients. Surely there is a utility that allows me to do this?

No. If you want people to notice and heed the message is has to come from the server. Besides, I don't have a Windows client to send from.
