the webmin is not compatibel with the SME-strategy.
just a keyword: templates.

this was discussed here in the phorum a few weeks ago...

Hey

Even though webmin is not compatible with e-smith because of the templates, you can still install it if you want to.

You just need to make a file called redhat-release in the /etc directory and in that file add
RedHat 7.3 {Valhalla}

When the webmin installer is run, it will detect that the operting system is redhat 7.3 rather than e-smith and will install fine.

However due to the fact that e-smith uses templates, modifying conf files using webmin isnt really suggested, but if you want to still install it, thats how :)
