Hello

Can anyone tell my why i cant use number for username. example 134322@domain.org  ???????

I want to use students number as username but i get error when i try that.

Does anyone know how i can make this work ?? Its possible in MS Exchange but i rather user SME if i can.

Linux doesn't allow it:

bash2-2.05a$ sudo /usr/sbin/useradd 1543
Password:
useradd: invalid user name 1543'
bash2-2.05a$

Precede the number with (lower case) letter and you're OK
