Restrict send/receive to local only

Using  mailfront mailrules define four rules:
1.Accept the user to send to everyone at your local domain only
2.Accept the user to receive from everyone at your local domain only
3.Reject the user to send to everyone else
4.Reject the user to receive from everyone else
