Title: Ipsec warning
Post by: Paul M on August 25, 2003, 07:58:35 AM
Started ipsec service and got status:
Ipsec_setup: warning: ppp0 has route filtering turned on, klips may not work
Ipsec_setup: (/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/ppp0/rp_filter='1', should be 0)

Any solutions would be appreciated - running 5.6 current with freeswan 1.99.

Hi Paul,

use my version (devinfo-freeswan-1.99-8sme56.noarch.rpm) at:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/saco/contrib/devinfo-freeswan-1.99/

and this error should be gone.

Can you tell me if  - devinfo-freeswan-1.99 -  will work with 6.0b3?

Peter,

Could you please tell me the steps to  correctly replace version devinfo-freeswan-1.99-6sme56.noarch.rpm, with devinfo-freeswan-1.99-8sme56.noarch.rpm?

Thank you very much.

Marcos
