Title: Does SQUID records access to Instant Messaging Servers?

I am using SQUID on SME 5.6 (Transparent Mode) and would like to know
if it does record access to Instant Messaging Servers.

I would like to use SARG over the logs, to show a customer how much time
his users spend on IM...

If you could find a way to monitor ports, the following port table will give you the ports you need:
