HI all,
I am new to Mitel 5.5 and am running into a problem.
Problem:
I have three domains on my 5.5. 1 primary and 2 virtual.
Primary domain = A
Virtual domain 1 = B
Virtual domain 2 = C
Websites are working without any problem. So is mail server of domain A.
When user1@domainB receives an e-mail it is retrieved correctly at domain B address but when he replies, it uses SMTP of domain A, and reply is from user1@domainA instead of user1@domainB.
Can any one please guide me what do I need to do to fix this?
Regards
Ather

Change the "from address" for each user in their mail client software to have the correct reply address. eg. user1 on domain B's reply address should be user1@domainB, it should not be blank as it will default to user1@domainA. Follow the same procedure for each user on each virtual domain. This should fix your problem.
