Title: Download Monitor

Can anyone recomend a good "download monitor" to let me know how much has been donwloaded through by e-smith box..?

I notice there are a few about that show live stats on network cards, but all I really neeed is a way of viewing total uploads and downloads so that I can keep an eye on bandwidth used by my server /day.
