Hey all,
I have been running SME for about 6 months. The main use of it has been a e-mail server. The server has been running on the internal network no problem. We decided to let a few members send e-mail from there homes, So we setup pop and smtp for public view. Now users can connect to the server and pickup there mail but as soon as they go to send mail they get...
xxx_xxx_@hotmail.com - 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx': 553 Sorry, that domain isn't
in my list of allowed rcpthosts.
Any ideas ?

Thanks Doug.
Also, Does verstion 6 have the same issue ?
-
Not a "issue". The server default is to deny connection from outside the local network. This is a good thing. Imagine all the open mail relays the spammers could use otherwise.

Yeah i know what you mean, What i ment was, Does verstion 6 have all the secure SMTP rpm's installed ? as i dont really wanna mess about with 5.6 installing and config'ing setting.
