Title: Extending size of the Hard Drive

Is it possible to extend size of the partition or to use space of the hrad drive that is not partitioned?

SME takes all available disk space when you install it, so normally there shouldn't be any "unused" space hanging around. Anyway, to resize partitions you need a tool like PartitionMagic (http://www.powerquest.com/partitionmagic/).  It ain't free, but it's good value for money.
