Title: fetchmail

Hi Joseph and Kim

I would like to know if fetchmail is called every time the modem connection is made. I would like it to check for mail, at the scheduled times, and every time somebody connects to the Internet.

Even better if it would always wait at least an hour since the last internet up time, before running a scheduled collection again.

I can see how to do this, just write a time stamp someware, and check it before bringing up fetchmail.
