Title: 6 Beta 3 and SMTP Authentication

Hi,
I have been using the excellent securemail packages at
http://www.pagefault.org/code/e-smith.shtml#securemail
with SME 5.6 to allow remote access to the SMTP server. I have now upgraded to version 6 beta 3. Can anyone tell me if the securemail packages work with version 6 beta 3?

I sent an email to the buglist and was told that securemail is not supported on the beta. I am downreving back to 5.6 now... wish me luck.
