Title: is it possible to have sme retreive my mail from my isp?

I have webmail installed..Is it possible to setup webmail to access my isp servers to retreive my mail??? My current mail service is a pop3 account

Yes, look in the contribs for "fetchmail". A search of the archives will also return many hits.
