Title: Mail with 6.0beta3

I am assuming the 6.0beta3 still uses qmail.
Could someone point me in the direction I need to go?  I want to trigger a perl script when mail is sent to a certian mailbox.  Both for SPAM and a production program I am working on.  I need to know how to do this in the mail program my 6.0beta3 e-smith box is using.  And also the requirements on how to work with the mail-file system.
