I have installed Infocentral chruch management software and is running succesfully with the exception of trying to load a photo. Without a lengthy explanation of Infocentral here is the log file from trying to upload the photo

I believe the last one is the problem...any ideas on what GD 2.0 is and how to get it and install???

GD 2.0 probably refers to GD Graphics Library (http://www.boutell.com/gd/ ). An ANSI C library for the dynamic creation of images. GD creates PNG and JPEG images, among other formats. Installed InfoCentral on my system, per the instructions, in an ibay and installed the GD library. InfoCentral seems to run fine.
