Title: HOWTO Allow some IP to gain access to internet throw SQUID

Hello,

I just finish a Howto to allow only some IP to access to internet.
I'll don't find any contrib which can do that, so I write 2 perl scipt to make it.
I use ACL/localhost property of squid.
