My maillog is full of this....
Oct 8 10:45:28 pybe-netserver fetchmail[32767]: nameserver failure while looking for yourserver.com' during poll of pop3.demon.co.uk.
Oct 8 10:45:40 pybe-netserver fetchmail[32767]: nameserver failure while looking for mxserver.com' during poll of pop3.demon.co.uk.
I am also getting this email from cron:
Subject: Cron /etc/startmail
fetchmail: couldn't find canonical DNS name of pop3.demon.co.uk
all mailserver name lookups failed, exiting
Can anyone shed any light?

Found some stuff on the lists, was searching on the wrong words. I have checked the fetchmail template & file as per this post:
http://www.e-smith.org/bboard//read.php?f=3&i=13896&t=13604&v=f
But it makes no difference even if I expand the template with the no dns entry in it. I managed to get on to the pop server with another app and the emails were Swen/Glibe MS patch junk. Is there anyway to get the server to bounce or delete the offending emails?
