Title: Cannot get email after upgrade

I just upgraded my 5.6u4 to 6.0b with all updates and everything works except my email & webmail.  I cannot login to webmail it has authenication failure , I cannot login via imap either.  I do have shell access and can login in ok, also ftp works fine.  the mail server is working accepting mail , but I cannot retrieve it.  

Any Ideas

Apply the updates available from the mirror sites.
