Title: Accessing phpmyadmin outside local network
Post by: Thissel on October 21, 2003, 11:22:26 PM
For the next couple of monts I am living in the US and my server is placed in Denmark.
I now realize that I cannot connect to phpmyadmin outside my local network. Is it possible to solve this problem?
I do have SSH connection to the server and the server-manager is available too.

Best regards

Thanks for the quick response, but how do I "set it up in a secure ibay" ?
As far as I know, the the same MySQL database is accesible from both Ibays and the primary account.

Never mind.

I found out what to do.
I downloadet phpmyadmin into a ibay, made it password protected and added the MySQL password into the config file.
Now I'm able to connect outside my local network.

Weee :)
