Just wanted to express my thanks for a wonderfully simple, yet functional piece of software. The E-Smith server, after Linux itself, is one of my favourite pieces of open source software. Congratulations and the next round's on me!
Oh and can I plug my site?

Is there such a thing as a "powered by E-Smith" gif file I can use on my site?
Thanks again!

Congrats Mike. Your site looks great. Any tips on what it took to get php-nuke running?
Note: My concern about links not working in a story, I was using quoataion marks in the url like href="http://someurl" if you leave the quotes of the lins works fine.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Actually Tim Im not using PHPNuke. I couldn't get it to work properly. I'm using Geeklog instead (http://geeklog.newsgeeks.com/), which is a little immature for my liking, but works really well.
As for the quotes in the links - I don't know what the problem is, but I have experienced the same thing when I set the machine up. The trick as you say is to no use quotes, and all should be well.
Note that if you intend trying out these scripts, they assume Apache is configured to use public_html, so it takes a little hacking and guesswork to fix them.
Of course, feel free to submit to the site anything of interest!
