I was so noob
I was clicking around in my service manager in the server-manager,

after a while i runned this command:
 /sbin/e-smith/signal-event remoteaccess-update

Now i cant acces my server-manager and my webserver.
Some service most be stopped when i was laming around.
How can i restart the service wich need 2 be used for http
i guess its the http service
or the proxy?

i know i disabled a proxy service, cant remember wich it was.
Realy need some help

Try # service httpd restart
