Title: Multi-drop e-mail sort method

Can anyone tell me exactly what sort method "default" implies? What is the syntax for creating new sorting criteria?

Search the web for fetchmail documentation. In brief, the default sort method searches for To: and Cc: headers - it can't work reliably for mailing list messages.

You should use mail collection from an ISP mailbox only if you have to - direct mail delivery or ETRN (if your ISP supports it) is much preferable.
