Title: Script blocking in emails

We've been the victim of several outbreaks of the JS/Fortnight.M and JS/Flea.A style viruses - ones which load a script from a website across the globe which downloads a file to infect Windows systems using Outlook and IE.  

We have RAV installed on our SME 5.6 server, but it doesn't seem to catch the virus on incoming mail - only outgoing after our internal users have been infected.

Is there any way to scan incoming mail for javascript included in the message body?  When I tried to set a content filter for the
