I'm not sure what happen to cause these entries except it was after installing the 40+/- updates. The entries occur in the 'admin_error_log' every time I select a menu item in the server manager. For instance if I select 'View log files' the following shows up in the log file.
print() on unopened filehandle esmith::FormMagick::LOG at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/FormMagick.pm line 401, line 1.

If I select 'User Panel Access' I get this.
userpanelaccess: Use of uninitialized value in string at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/cgi.pm line 294.

If I select 'Virus scanning' under dungog.net it get this.
dungog-antivirus: Use of uninitialized value in string at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/cgi.pm line 294.
dungog-antivirus: Use of uninitialized value in string at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/cgi.pm line 294, line 1. (through 20)

If I select 'Quotas' I get this.
print() on unopened filehandle esmith::FormMagick::LOG at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/FormMagick.pm line 401, line 1.

If I select 'Spam Assassin' I get this.
spamassassin: Name "SA_panel::rev_binary_menu" used only once: possible typo at /etc/e-smith/web/panels/manager/cgi-bin/spamassassin line 72.

The list goes on and on. It seems no matter what I select in the manager some type of entry shows up in the admin_error_log. The only rpm's installed after the updates was the User Panel Access and Spam Assassin.

Should these items be a concern of mine? If so what can I do to fix them?

 Thanks.
