Title: Web traffic simulator

Anybody know an apps to evaluate the performance of a web server (traffic/load simulator)?

best package is awstats very easy to configure

Awstats is compiling the stats.

what i'm talking about, is a software who simulate X amount of users to load the servers and see what happen under heavy traffic.

Ex. PAESSLER  web server stress tools (not free)

try apache owns tools, find it easily on apache web site ;-)
