Title: Version 6 - Upgrade or re-install

Hi,

Is it better to updgreade forin 5.6 to 6 or to do a fresh install..?

All I have on my e-smith box that I would like to keep is my ddclient setup and email..

Also - is it safe enough security wise to just have e-smith connected directy to the internet in server / gateway mode and have user data on it..?

Reading through the various threads here identified a lot of problems with upgrades. So I chose to do a fresh install of SME 6 final instead of the upgrade. The install went smooth and I have had no significant problems.
