My homepage (www.mysite.com) works fine. A html file in the html directory of an ibay (www.mysite.com/myibay) brings up the message "No such page on URL". According to the manual the ibay name after the slash is supposed to bring me to the index.html in the html-folder of the ibay, but it has never worked for me from the Internet. Am I doing something wrong here? I can access it from within the network with "www.e-smith.mysite.com/myibay) but by no means from the Internet. Can anyone explain this, please?
Regards

Is your ibay configured to allow Public Access from the web?
In the ibay panel within the e-smith-manager,
select "modify..." for the ibay you want accessible
from the www, and select the appropriate access settings.

Yes, all my ibays are set to Internet with password.

Funny, it works when I try http://212.209.xxx.xxx/myibay, (my static IP address) but not when I use my domain name. I still don´t understand why there is a problem reaching my ibay html files the proper way.
