Over the weekend I built a new server based on the 6.0 final and I notice in the server manager I have the Port Forwarding panel but I do not have a proxypass panel. I have checked and I do have "e-smith-proxypass-1.2.0-02" rpm installed but no interface. Is there something missing or is this now configured somewhere else?
I have spent the last hour or so reading some of the search results on "proxypass" but nothing that seems to answer my question/problem.
Thanks in advance for your helpful insight :-)

Bump for some insightful help?

ProxyPass panel is a contribution, not the standard feature. Last known version it works on is SME5.6 You can test it on SME 6 and report the results. Get it from here:

Thanks Borris. Just was strange when I saw "e-smith-proxypass-1.2.0-02" rpm on the system already.

proxypass used internaly for create redirections of subfolders etc..., but contrib by Darrell May (fixed by Abe Loveless) let you take full advantage of it with easy graphical panel.

Got it installed and it shows up now :) Thanks

i have installed and tested dmc-mitel-proxypass-0.0.1-3.noarch.rpm on a 6.0final gateway, it works perfectly proxying requests for a whole virtual domain or just a specific URL to a second server inside my LAN.
Hope that helps someone :)
