Sorry for my english but i m  very bad in english
I would like to know how i can install gcc on mt sme

It's not a good idea to do so. Installing gcc decreases security of the server. Most packages are already available as RPMs from rpmfind.net. The recommended development platform is a RedHat 7.3 workstation.

If you really, really need to install gcc (which I doubt very much), just install the RedHat RPM. You'll need other development packages as well.

I want to install other server as an IRC server and i dont find server with rpm extension so i need a compiler

no (imho), just search for "ircd" at www.rpmfind.net and you´ll get an irc server in no time.

If you still want to install a GC compiler, have a look at http://www.e-smith.org/faq.php3#8q8 for all needed packages.
