Title: RPM

I use the RPM to install a package (rpm -i GD.pm-src.rpm) then when I qurey (rpm -q GD.pm-src.rpm) I get package not installed. and when I do a rpm -qa its not on the list.

Sorry everyone the rpm works fine I was trying to install the source code not the package. ****everyone's worst nightmare a Idiot with a computer here**** thanks to everyone that tried to help out.
