There is a freeware app that was developed by AT&T, WinVNC that allows remote screen control for training, support etc. It is available for download at www.bhs.com. It there a way to use that program with an e-smith server? It would involve tunneling through the e-smith server to the workstations behind it. It that is not possible does anyone know of any program that will allow remote control of Workstations behind an e-smith server?  TIA  :-))

Have a look at http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/faq.html, there you'll find some clues. I didn't try it myself yet but it seems possible.
