Title: Disable firewall

Given that this is an e-smith forum, this will sound strange...

I need to completely disable the protections of the gateway and have it be transparent to all traffic. This is being used in an internal network (linking from Ohio to Mexico via dialup for a very short and specific time period) and we need all kinds of traffic to flow uninhibited.

How?

Strange indeed. Wouldn't it be easier to just set up a linux box with all the bells and whistles?

It would if I hadn't been tasked with trying to use an e-smith server to do this with. ;-)
