Title: Trouble installing newest base e-esmith files

I have just loaded a brand new e-smith 4.0 server.  I downloaded the newest base files and ran the following and received the following.  Could someone tell me how to correct this.

[root@e-smith files]# rpm -ivh e-smith-base-4.0.12-28.noarch.rpm

file /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/dhcpd.conf/template-begin from install of e-smit
h-base-4.0.12-28 conflicts with file from package e-smith-base-4.0.12-26
file /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/smb.conf/10globals from install of e-smith-base-
4.0.12-28 conflicts with file from package e-smith-base-4.0.12-26
file /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/smb.conf/20netlogon from install of e-smith-base
-4.0.12-28 conflicts with file from package e-smith-base-4.0.12-26
file /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/smb.conf/60netlogonshare from install of e-smith
-base-4.0.12-28 conflicts with file from package e-smith-base-4.0.12-26

Sorry, I posted this to the advanced forum, I wasn't thinking.  Also, I wasn't thinking about the install.  I used -U... and it installed just fine.

shouldn't that be rpm -Uvh  to upgrade without conflicting?
