I am trying to access Ibays on my server.
I have created a new group called admins which my login to win98 is part of.
I can read the directory but I cannot write to it..
When I now try and change the settings of the IBay it comes up with the
SOFTWARE ERROR:
Error occurred while modifying information bay.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (admin@jass.nu), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
Please help...
It makes editing my counterstrike files a breeze....If only I could save the changes....
PS.. I just noticed that it happens to any IBay including the primary...(Which I take is reserved for the web page)..
Help please...
Lost soul..

You need to keep in mind that you are using alpha release software, which has only been announced on the developer mailing list.
I've fixed the problem you are seeing, in e-smith-base-4.0.12-36.noarch.rpm in my contrib area on ftp.e-smith.org. You will need to go in and 'modify' each of your ibays - you don't need to change any of the settings.
Please join the developers mailing list, and provide your feedback on software-under-development there.

Charlie
