Title: Web space for user accounts?
Post by: Webgeek on October 20, 2000, 04:30:03 AM
I've got e-smith up and running (fabulous package, folks) and am wondering how to enable webspace on my users' accounts.

Is there a way to do this, or should I be using i-bays?

Help?

Webspace for user accounts is not a current feature of the e-smith server.

The correct way to do it would be to develop an add-on module to provide the required fragments of the Apache configuration file to enable this feature.

If you can use i-bays then perhaps you should, because it will be easier for you to set up - just use the e-smith-manager.

All righty. I'm having trouble getting i-bays to work, but I'll fool with it.

Might this be a feature incorporated into a future release?
