Hi,
I'm currently running BPALogin 1.3.2 on top of e-smith 4.01.
I'm not sure if it's a Telstra thing or not, but my connection seems very unstable. It might go for a day or two with no problems and then it seems to die.
My gut suspicion is that BPA login or e-smith is not picking up on either the heart-beat signal or a server-side change (in Telstra). (Judging by the lights, when things start to go wrong it looks like e-smith is unsuccessfully attempting to relogin via BPALogin).
Has anyone else experienced issues like this?
Would upgrading to BPALogin 2.01 help?
Can anybody suggest any diagnostic steps to help track down the possible issues?
I've tried things such as restarting the BPA service and triggering the ip-change and ip-up events but all to no avail.
Regards,
Luke
