I have a question for those who are using Perldesk, I am using 1.8 and I found something strange with our config.
I have created 5 email accounts manualy under /var/qmail/alias
example .qmail-ticket
| /home/e-smith/files/ibay/perldesk/cgi-bin/include/email.cgi
so they pipe email to each 5 perldesk departments
It work fine, all new tickets are sending ticket number to the sender and ticket notification to staff
But everytime a new ticket is create via perldeslk every users with notification check mark do receive the notification. Even though they are not part of the department, and if I assign a ticket to a staff member, they dont get notification.
I really like perldesk, it;s clean and template customize, but that does not work as I thought.
Let me know if you have or not this problem with perldesk
