Topic: Backup and Restore 5.6

Hi,
I'm trying to move our sme server (5.6)to another machine. I have done a backup to desktop on the old machine. I have done a clean install of 5.6 on the new machine. I then do a restore from desktop onto the new machine. The problem is that httpd-admin doesn't start on the new machine and therefore I can't logon to the web interface to manage it.
Any clues?
