Topic: Strange time out on VPN Login!

Hi,

I have a SME 6.0.1 updated via YUM – The box is on the internet, and I’m using VPN to login.
VPN Runs flawless, but for some strange reason the SSH login via putty stops responding if there is “a lot graphic” in the login!

This is what happens:

login as: root
root@192.168.12.1's password:

Welcome to the Mitel Networks SME Server.

If I run yum update the following appears:

[root@server root]# yum update
Gathering package information from servers
Getting headers from: SME Server 6.x base updates
Getting headers from: SME Server 6.0.1 os
Getting headers from: SME Server 6.0.1 updates
Finding updated packages
Downloading needed headers
No Packages Available for Update
No actions to take
[root@server root]#

But if I run top I only get:

  9:32am  up 1 day,  2:22,  1 user,  load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
121 processes: 118 sleeping, 1 running, 2 zombie, 0 stopped

And the session stops responding!

The same timeout appears if I go to https://192.168.12.1/server-manager

Further more I noticed the “Welcome to the Mitel Networks SME Server”

Normally 6.0.1 says “Welcome to SME Server 6.0.1-01”

Is it a bug?
