Topic: SME Updates ~ Where to get the information?

This morning I received an email from my server saying that there was an update available. I looked and this is e-smith-horde.noarch 1.12.0-05.  This looks like it is down grading the system as the current version is  1.13.0-12 .

Is there a way that we can tell what this update will do?  Or is there a website that explains these changes at all/

are you using the Horde3.0.x or Horde3.1 rpm's created by J. Bennett??

we are using version 3.0.11.  I havent tried the updated one quite yet due to the uncertainty if it will work yet or not.
