New process arping after upgrade to 7.1.1

New process arping after upgrade to 7.1.1

After upgrading to 7.1.1 a new process (thread?) apeared on htop every 10 or 15 seconds. It's arping along with ifup eth1. Is it normal or there is something wrong with my system? Fresh install 7.1, upgraded to 7.1.1 thru server-manager.

I applied Charly's patch on run.static and the problem is gone. Thanks.
