Journal commit I/O Error

Hi

I am getting a Journal commit I/O Error for my SME server 7.3 with 5 (500GB) Hard disks . I am using SATA PCI card for connecting 3 Hard disk and 2 I have connected on onboard. Please help me to solve this Issue.
