Topic: Help with modem dialin and portforwarding

Am trying to portforward to a desktop inside the e-smith firewall, by dialupaccess using pcanywhere. have installed the mitel portforwarding RPM, and set portforwarding to external port 5641, local IP address, 5631, and 5642, local IP address, 5632 representing the 2 pcanywhere ports needed. Is this the correct way to setup portforwarding?
when I dialin I get a login screen. Enter user and password with dialin access,
the login screen then says users are disabled and requires me to end the session

Anybody have a solution to this problem
