I have a customer who is VERY organized when it comes to email folders. He is using thunderbird with IMAP on to a 7.5.1 server. He organizes his folders so:
customer
|-Site
|- Financial
|-Quotes
|- Invoices
|- Drawings
|- Approved
Etc.
He is aware of the 256 character limit on the length of file names and these folders are off the root of his IMAP mailbox not the INBOX folder. This morning he tried to create a new customer folder without success. The dialog box accepted the new folder name but did not create a folder. I was able to create a folder and a subfolder using webmail and the user can rename the folder. When he tries to delete the subfolder SME server responds with : Mailbox doesn't exist pending, Customer7, site.
Customer7 is/should be the root under the users email box not below pending. Does the panel think his is an SME problem or Thunderbird?
TIA,
Tony
