1. Install PHPMYADMIN: http://wiki.contribs.org/PHPMyAdmin

2. You should have two domains in your server-manager pointing to two separate ibays.
          1. Domain pointing to ibay that uses your first Domain
          2. Domain pointing to ibay that uses your second Domain

Your domain listing are in the Server Manager Panel labeled "Configuration -->> Domains"
